There is no Tai Chi without "Peng", the outward expanding energy that fills your whole body. In every motion you must have peng. But there is also no peng when your body holds tension. In this online workshop, we will explore how to manifest peng with Yang Style Tai Chi techniques with focus on releasing tension and softening the body so it can expand and fill with peng.
In this workshop we will first cultivate peng through standing meditation practice and then learn how to maintain peng in our movements. This workshop is appropriate for students of all levels.
