Health Qigong exercises have been practiced for thousands of years to improve mobility, health and vitality. We teach 4 different routines from the Chinese Health Qigong Association system: Ba Duan Jin (Eight Section Brocade), Wu Qin Xi (Five Animals Play), 12 Movements of Daoyin Health Preservation, and Yi Jin Jing (Tendon Changing Exercises).
The Qigong classes can be modified for all mobility levels, including chair modifications.
