From 3:45 - 4:15PM he will be giving a free demonstration of Tai Chi applications and also will answer any of your questions if you would like to know practical application usages of different Tai Chi movements.

Randy holds black belts in both Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Mantis Boxing and is an instructor of Yang Style Tai Chi / taijiquan. Sifu Randy Brown has 20+ years experience in Chinese Martial Arts and 10+ years in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. He first learned martial arts serving in the U.S. Army and continued to pursue it as a lifelong passion. He is a frequent guest on martial arts podcasts and has been published in Kung Fu Tai Chi Magazine. He owns Randy Brown Mantis Boxing & Brazilian Jiu Jitsu in Westminster, MA.
