Our June online workshop was a deep dive into Yin Yang philosophy where we discussed the bagua symbol. It is very fitting that the most voted for topic for our July workshop is Intro to Bagua Circle Walking. Baguazhang is an internal martial art that is all about circular movement and maintaining your positioning to face the inside of a circle. This workshop will give an introduction to elementary Bagua circle walking.
