September's community workshop will hone our ability to connect our spiral movements in Tai Chi by drawing the Yin Yang symbol with our hands. The challenge with drawing the Yin Yang symbol with our hands is we don't actually want to draw the symbol with our hands. We want to generate a spiral movement in our body and allow the hands to connect to the spiral movements and formulate the Yin Yang drawing as a result of maintaining the connection. This workshop will help you deepen the connection between your hands and your center.
