We will be popping up at Silver Sands State Park the last Sunday of the month at 10AM all summer long. Join us for a free Qigong and Tai Chi class. Beginners are welcome. Registration is recommended.
The address is 1 Silver Sands Parkway in Milford. We will be meeting in the picnic area of the park, near the parking lot by the beach boardwalk. Parking is free for CT registered vehicles.
