Join us for our Tai Chi Alignment monthly workshop series led by Damian Neve. July's workshop focuses on stretching techniques to enhance Tai Chi alignment. This session will target the major areas where most people experience tightness, aiming to improve mobility and prevent injury. Workshop will be recorded and recordings will be provided to registrants.

Damian Neve's workshop series can be purchased via $75 ticket for each individual workshop or at a discounted rate of $65 per workshop by using this special 5 session pass package. If paying with the 5 session pass, purchase the pass first before registering for this workshop.

About Damian Neve

Damian Neve is a life long martial artist. He is the direct lineage holder to the original Tang Soo Do fighting art as was used by the Korean Special Forces in the Vietnam War. Damian began his Tai Chi studies almost 30 years ago under William CC Chen's lineage and advanced his training with many different masters in New York's Chinatown. Damian is also a certified personal trainer and functional movement expert and was one of the top master trainers in Equinox Gym's flagship New York gym. Damian's expertise in martial arts, internal arts, street combat, and functional mobility gives him a rare multi-dimensional understanding of body mechanics that is much needed in Tai Chi.
