Peek into Sun Style Tai Chi Class

Our Sun Style Tai Chi class is taught on Thursdays 6:30PM EST and available to attend both in-person and online. We recommend students to have proficiency in Tai Chi fundamentals of any style before taking this class. This class may be too advanced for beginners who do not have any prior experience with Tai Chi.
