The Ba Fa Wu Bu Tai Chi form is a new Tai Chi form developed to introduce students to the eight energies and five directions that are in all Tai Chi styles and lineages. The energies are: Peng (ward off), Lu (rollback), Ji (press), An (push), Cai (pluck), Lie (split), Zhou (elbow), Kao (shoulder bump). The five directions are: forward, backward, left, right and center point. The Ba Fa Wu Bu form introduces three different styles of Tai Chi: Yang, Chen and Sun styles.
