3x a Week Group Classes (Monthly Renewal) Membership enables you to attend 3 group class a week. You will be charged $195 every month which comes out to $15.83 per class. You will also have access to view all class recordings in the Content Library, even for the classes you did not attend.

You can stop and restart membership at anytime. Please remember to also reserve your spot in the class you want to attend.

Purchase of the membership provides consent to be added to our email list, our main source of communication with our students.
