The Harmonetiks Energy Healing system teaches you how to tune your body's energy flow through movement and breathing exercises to boost your body's self healing mechanisms. This is a series of 4 weekly classes. Registration is for the entire 4 week course. Register for this class series if you will be attending in-person.

Harmonetiks is an educational system developed by Dr. Jeffrey Zimmerman, Doctor of Oriental Medicine and licensed acupuncturist, that trains your body to regain harmony and balance through a cross-discipline of healing practices including Traditional Chinese Medicine, acupuncture / acupressure, Qigong, Chinese martial arts, body work, and Western science. This class is a collaboration between Dr. Zimmerman who will teach the energy healing methods and Shifu Shirley Chock who will lead the movement exercises to facilitate the energy healing.
